Her experience as the owner and operator of an international brokerage, combined with her role as a regional sales director for a Florida homebuilder, has provided her with comprehensive expertise in new home construction, sales team development, global real estate markets, market analysis, financing strategies, strategic marketing, business planning and negotiations.

As a licensed real estate instructor, she has mentored numerous agents, equipping them with the tools to expand their business, strengthen their digital presence and consistently increase profitability year over year.

Carrie is an active member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, serving as the current Chair for Government Affairs, and is also a board member for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and the Florida REALTORS® Association.
